1. Information Collected
We process your name, date of birth, time of birth (optional), gender, calendar type and place of birth (optional) to write your readings and reports. For compatibility readings we also process the other person's date of birth and, if entered, their time of birth, name (nickname) and gender — please get their agreement first. For palm readings we process your palm photo. We keep the photo on our servers only until your report is written and delete it right after (if payment is not completed, the photo is deleted along with that order). If you ask questions about a report, we store the questions and answers. We process your email address to send payment confirmations and purchase information.
2. Purpose of Use
We use this information to write your readings and reports, confirm payments and orders, send you links to your results, and analyze errors and improve quality. If you make a purchase, we may email you information about your purchase together with information about related readings (advertising). You can stop these emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in each email.
3. Retention and Disposal
We keep your reports, the details you entered when ordering (such as your name, date of birth and the other person's details), your questions and the answers, and your email address for 5 years from the date of purchase, and then delete them. For purchases made before October 1, 2026, the 5 years run from October 1, 2026. Before that period ends, you can export or delete your data at any time from “Manage my data” on your report page. Payment records (order number, item, amount and date) remain as accounting records after deletion. The birth details and result of a free reading are deleted after 7 days.
4. Your Rights
Subject to your local laws (including the EU/EEA GDPR and California CCPA/CPRA), you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy (portability) of your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. We process your birth details only to generate your report and to prefill them in the links of the emails we send you about your purchase (so you do not have to enter them again), based on your consent and the performance of our service. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. 5. Cookies & Analytics
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) load only after you accept them in our cookie banner. You can decline or withdraw consent at any time without affecting your access to the service.
