Refund Policy

1. Refund Principles

FortuneLab's paid Birth Chart analysis reports are digital content. AI analysis is performed and the report is generated immediately upon payment.

2. Eligible for Refund

• Requested within 14 days of payment (whether or not the report was read)
• The report failed to generate after payment
• Duplicate payment caused by a system error

3. Not Eligible for Refund

• More than 14 days have passed since payment
• Clear abuse, such as repeated refund requests from the same buyer
• legal.refund.s3.items.2

4. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please contact us at jd@jidonglab.com using the email address provided at the time of payment. Refunds are processed within 3 business days.

5. Effective Date

Effective March 1, 2026; revised August 11, 2026 (unconditional 14-day refund).
