1. Refund Principles

FortuneLab's paid Saju analysis reports are digital content. AI analysis is performed and the report is generated immediately upon payment.

2. Eligible for Refund

• The report was not successfully generated after payment
• Duplicate charges occurred due to a system error
• The report has not been viewed within 24 hours of payment

3. Not Eligible for Refund

• Dissatisfaction with report content after viewing (due to the nature of digital content)
• Simple change of mind
• More than 24 hours have passed since payment and the report has been viewed

4. Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please contact us at contact@fortunelab.store using the email address provided at the time of payment. Refunds are processed within 3 business days.

5. Effective Date

This refund policy is effective as of March 1, 2026.
